Howdy friends,
it is time for another project with Taylormadecards4u. Today I have 2 projects featuring a very beautiful ephemera set called Time measurement - make sure you check it out, it is absolutely fantastic for mixed media and not only.

My first project is an artjournaling page where I mixed hearts and red background with the beautiful clock ephemera from the set :) I also used a quote from the same set.

My second project is an altered envelope. I made the background using a napkin I had in my stash and then played with washi tape, stencils and some pieces of pattern paper. I added the ephemera from the same set and voila! This is the result :)

Vintage zig zag card/album - Taylormadecards4u Office Passport Kit

Howdy folks!
It is time for another vintagy project with supplies from Taylormadecard4u!
Today I have my DT project using Office Passport Kit

I decided to make a zig zag mini album.

I took a 300g piece of yellow card stock of 35 x 17 cm and scored at 8.5, 17 and 25.5 and folded in an accordion shape. Then I started to decorate using the beautiful images from the kit and also added a few elements from my stash.

For the cover I added a stamped imaged from a Stamperia set.

Made some pockets where pictures or messages can be inserted.

There are enough places to write messages or greetings and also places to put pictures.

Here I made a small pocket in which I inserted one ephemera from the kit.

I used shaped scissors to decorate the upper border of the card.

I used floral washi tape to make the lateral borders and to give a shabby aspect to the card.

Added some pink lace to make a semi-pocket in which I inserted 2 ephemera from the kit.

I added a pink ribbon to make it close as a card, but if you unwrap it you will have a mini album.

Added a wooden heart for some extra effect :)

Make sure to check out Monica's etsy shop to find this amazing Kit  and also some many many more beautiful supplies. Stay tuned for some other projects. Very soon!

Until next time, stay safe and take care!

Easter friend - Heartcraft

Hello my friends!

Today I have another Easter card made with a very cute stamp from Heartcraft paper..
It is from the new release and it is called Easter Friends. There is also a Valentine's day sale of 10%, go now before it runs out :)

For my card I used white card stock of 300g for the card base. I added a panel of patterned paper with Easter eggs. I had it in mu stash as in forever :)))

I cut a big oval - egg-shaped and stamped Happy Easter - the stamp is from a set from Whimsy Stamps, and some hearts using Versamark ink. I embossed it using White embossing power and then played with some Candied Apple Distress Oxide.

I printed and colored the bunny. To color it I used my Polychromos pencils and for the final touches I used a white gel pen and made some white dots here and there. I also added a heart-shaped gem for the bunny to hold in his paws.

I also die cut some grass using green card stock.
Assembled everything together and also added a butterfly to finish the project.

This is it for today, hope you'll enjoy and until next time, stay safe and take care!

Pizza Dog - Angie.s Digital stamps

Hello, hello
It is time for a new challenge over at Angie.s Digital Stamps blog.
This month there is a Twist: LOVE :)
I chose to work with the Pizza Dog digital stamp. It was a real challenge to mix the stamp with the twist, but in the end I think I managed to have something cute :)

I started by cutting the base from 300g card stock - white.
I prepared the back panel using Bristol paper on which I stamped the pizza slices - I used a stamp I have in my stash. I colored the slices using Zig markers. Sooo much fun ;)
I also added some stamped hearts using red ink.
Then I printed and colored the dog using Polychromos pencils. I also a piece of velum to add a little something between the layers. Because I considered that the stamp was nor properly presented and in a way it got lost in the patterns, I decided to cut a white shadow to place behind, and so it really got it pop.
I stamped the sentiment on white card stock and then cut the banner shape.
Assembled everything together and ta da! There it is!
Really hope you will enjoy it !
Have a month fulll of LOOOOOOOVVVEEEEE!
Make sure to check out the challenge blog post for this month and give it a try!
Until next time, stay safe and take care!

Easterchick - Heartcraft Paper project

Howdy folks!
It is the beginning of February and this means it is Release time at Heartcraft Paper :)
We are thinking ahead and Monica Martinez - owner and designer, came up with some gorgeous Easter/Spring digital stamps.
And because it is 1st of February, we also have the blog hop and a challenge with prizes , so make sure you visit all the blogs on the list at the end of this post to see what all the other talented ladies, fellows DT, have designed with these cute digital stamps.

For my project, I decided to use the Easter-chick stamp.
I cut mu base using 300g/sqm white cardstock, 10.5 x15cm. I also cut a panel - 10x14cm of Bristol paper. Using a stencil from my stash I played with Distress Oxides - squeezed lemonade and spices marmalade. I then applied Nuvo Glimmer paste, for some extra sparkle.
I left it to dry and in the meantime, I printed and colored the stamp. To color I used my Polychromos pencils.
After it dried I cut the 2 rectangular tags, the orange and the white on, stamped the sentiment and then started to assemble everything.
Because the upper side was too empty I decided to add 2 butterflies from one of the tonic kits.
And as final touches, some Glossy Accents :)
And this is the final result! really hope you'll enjoy it.
